Apply for a Business Account
Set up a business account with Item Inc. to manage your team's purchasing and access additional tools designed for business buyers and resellers.
Apply by emailing sales@iteminc.com with the details below. Our team will review and respond within the timeframes noted in each section.
1. Business Account
A business account lets you manage your whole team's purchasing under one company account. Once approved, your business account includes:
- Multiple users under one company account, with admin and buyer roles
- Shared shopping lists across your team
Note: A business account does not automatically include payment terms or tiered pricing. Those are separate applications on this page.
How to Apply

Subject line: Business Account Request - [Your Company Name]
Include the following in your email:
- Company name
- Primary contact name and title
- Business email address
- Business phone number
- Business address (street, city, state, postal code)
- Brief description of your business
- Names and email addresses of additional users you would like added to the account (optional)
Business account requests are typically completed within 4 business hours.
2. Tiered Pricing (Optional)
Item Inc. offers tiered pricing for qualifying customers. Tiered pricing is typically available for resellers, service providers, and customers with recurring purchasing volume.
If you would like to be considered, include the additional information below in the same email.

Subject line: Tier Pricing Application - [Your Company Name]
Include the following in your email, in addition to your business account details:
- Type of business (printer dealer, repair company, MPS provider, IT services company, commercial print shop, online reseller, broker, exporter, or other)
- Brands serviced or products sold
- Anticipated monthly purchase volume
- Years in business
- Sales channels (own website, online marketplaces, B2B direct, internal use, or other)
We aim to respond to tiered pricing requests within 4 business hours and complete most reviews within one business day.
3. Terms Account (Optional)
If you would like to set up net terms with Item Inc., download our credit application, complete it, and email the completed form to sales@iteminc.com.
Most of our customers do not use net terms, so this section applies only if you want to be invoiced rather than pay at order time.

Download the credit application, complete it, and attach it to your email.
Terms applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Approval is subject to credit review and may require additional documentation.
What Happens Next

- Approved customers receive account setup instructions.
